I've lost my BizX card, now what?

It happens to all of us at the worst time!  No worries, we can help and can get you a new card ASAP!


If you have lost your BizX card, make sure you contact BizX immediately so we can cancel your lost card and issue a new one.  Member Support can be reached Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm at 425-998-5055 or you can email help@bizx.com.


You should receive your card within 2-3 weeks of notifying us of your lost card.  Your virtual card will be available on the BizX app or on your dashboard at My.BizX.com within 48 hours.


Please review your statement for any charges that are unauthorized and let us know right away.  It can take up to 5 days to resolve any unauthorized charges.
