How do I deal with a review I’ve received that is inappropriate?

If you have received a review with inappropriate content, please contact help@bizx.com right away so we can help resolve the issue and hide any responses needed. To help spot issues, if a buyer gives a seller a rating of three or less stars, BizX Member Care will automatically receive an email and assist in the issue.
