My service or order was not fulfilled or completed, what can I do?

If you haven't received an order you placed on the Marketplace, the product you received isn't what you expected, or services haven't been provided as agreed upon, first reach out to the seller and let them know. Our experience tells us the seller will make it right. If you need help from the BizX team to get what you ordered or contracted for, send an email to help@bizx.com. Our Member Care team will take it from there.
